Swim
Comments: Felt good through the first turn and then my shoulders started getting tired. I was able to slip into a good rhythm and hung in just fine. I swam with hardly any need to sight. I was able to keep a straight line and only stopped once to make sure I had a good sight marker for the swim exit. What would you do differently?: Same old song: I need to train! Transition 1
Comments: I felt like I could have gone quite a bit faster. Getting my watch on and race belt felt clumsy and unnatural. I'll have to try to figure out something between races Bike
Comments: I was in with a good group. It took about 6-7 miles to get into the groove. I was able to hang in there while I got my bike legs back and caught about 7 or 8 people that had passed me along the way. That was an added surprise (#1) for the day. What would you do differently?: Not much, given my complete lack of training over the last 2 years I executed about as well as I could have hoped for. Transition 2
Comments: My legs were cold and my hands as well so getting my socks and shoes on was a real task. It was like I had to left hands. This could have gone a lot better as well. Just out of practice Run

Nothing special once again. I had Zero training and just relied on previous experience and the fact that this was a Sprint race to get me through.
None.
