Subject: estim vs tens unit
Is there a difference between the two? Had my knee scoped 11 weeks ago and feel like my VMO will not fire. I have done my exercises religiously and also almost back to full weights. I just can't run yet and I feel like my VMO isn't firing. I had my plica shaved and a very minor chondroplasty. Never had any pain after surgery and the stabbing sensation has left after surgery. I've been biking since the day after surgery, but really want to run. Wandering if the Tens is the same as Estim because I have a TEns at home. Anyone have experience with these

The boat was being tossed around. Someone noted that there were whitecaps on the waves. Another guy said, “This is going to be challenging.” I began to wonder what he meant by 'challenging'.

The word enthusiasm comes from Greek enthousiasmos or “inspiration by the presence of a god.” If you are enthusiastic about your sport, I encourage you to honor that inspiration by finding balance.
