Is it just me, or is 90% of the run workout just "running pretty" whether it be for 20 min 30 40 45 an 1hr???

I just looked at your plan and it looks as if you have two endurance runs per week with the third being a different workout.  Depending on the plan, this may be fine.

Let me know what plan it is and I can look into it more.
