Hello BT!

7:15am: 1:30 on the KK. Followed up with some strength plyos.
Weather is turning nasty here this morning. Major winds, cold, rain turning to snow later. I just might be running inside tomorrow as well...boooo! Have a great Saturday afternoon!

I'm jealous Roland. However, I can't complain too much because we'll be in Florida in a little over a week and then I can ride outside nearly every day. . . I can't wait!

Today, 50 min Yoga class, followed by 75 min. mixed workout of Eliptical, row, and threadmill with 2 mi easy running in there.

Morning/Afternoon!

I'm running Half of a Half Marathon relay tonight (6.5 miles approx) so was unsure what to do today.

65 min on the Trainer - easy Z2- just to shake out the legs

We will see how the race goes, I'm not an evening runner, but just doing it for fun so should be a nice night out!

70 degrees here - enjoying it!

Send some cold wind here! Heat seems to be coming back rather than going away.

AM LAST 2-hour run of the season with 8 x 1 km at race effort tempo pickups within that. Not exactly a great day of recovery after--taxi trek across town with cat for his shots; he has worms, too. Made mistake of not bringing little cat along since she didn't need shots yet, thinking I can just give the worm pill at home and save us both some stress. Thought how hard can it be to get 5 pound cat to take a pill?

PM 2200m of recovery-type swimming, followed by hours of progress reports, coursework, and trying to corner little cat to give her the pill- banshee-screaming, wailing, growling, multiple bites and scratches. How can such a tiny thing be so much trouble? Plus in the ruckus Big Boy somehow got stuck in a drawer under the bed and had to be extricated. Good thing I'm not a parent. Can I log cat medicating?

Come here to visit sometime, Kim. Warm weather guaranteed. Cats are calm and friendly UNLESS you have a pill in your hand.
