Good morning BT Peeps! I will start by saying how thankful I am for my workout buddies I have here on BT! It is so motivating knowing there are people out there working hard right along with me! You guys rock!6:00am--1:20 on the KK. It's so mild outside I might head out for a short run! Then back in for some strength training. Have a wonderful day, enjoy your families, food, and some fun!

Happy Thanksgiving to all! I am very excited that my son and his fiance will be here later today . . . haven't seen them since April as they live about 1000 miles away . . . I'm taking the day off from training.

Happy thinks giving! Ran in our towns 5k with 6000 others in the snow. It was my sons first first 5k (training or racing!). He's in excellent shape from weight training and smoked me. Couldn't have been more proud!

Hey everyone!

Yes, very thankful for all the peeps here on BT - lots of motivation and inspiration that keeps me going most days!

7am - taught a 70 min power spin this morning. Small group and since it's a pay per class studio, we didn't charge anyone for the class today. My gift to them and just thankful they spent the morning with me!

Went for a 3.5 mile run after...weather is gorgeous (although a bit warm) so I had to be out.

Now it's time to get some cooking done and head over to my parents!

Happy Thanksgiving to all! Enjoy your day!

Ran the Turkey Trot 15k this morning. Missed my goal time by 2 minutes, but not too disappointed with it.

Don’t go without, just watch portion sizes and remember that there is ALWAYS time to get a short workout in…if you make the time!
