Comments: Right hamstring cramped at the end. I pulled my groin the last month of training so my training was not that great at the end and I fatigues at the end of the race. What would you do differently?: I would have paced myself off better so I don't fall apart at the end. My HR was in the 180s right away and pace in the low 7 mins. I want to start off in the 150s about 8 min pace for 1st 8 miles then increase by 10 bpm every 2 miles until end. Post race
Warm down: Walk, stretched and rolled. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training the last month due to groin injury and poor pacing at the beginning of the race. Last updated: 2014-08-20 12:00 AM
