Subject: Ironman training and p90x2 I'm training for my 5th IM (texas ). While training for the next few months I'm intending to also do p90x2 (I just finished a first set of 14 weeks of it ).
Anyone have a similar experience? How did it fare?
My goal is to be as fit as possible on race day and leverage the endurance training with an overall healthy body for a great race day.
