Seems we have some dog lovers on here. I can't brag about my own running prowess (haven't been on a podium since middle school in the 80s), but my 4-legged friend is off to a great start in her running career. She earned a podium spot in her first 5k doggie dash in September.

I put together a quick video of some of Winnie's fun training & short race recap if any of you would like to watch it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qU0bp0sbrzw

That was great! Looked like a lot of fun and if my dog wanted to run that fast he would be on his own. No way I can keep up with that pace!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had weight issues. I remember standing on the scale as a child weighing 60 pounds and feeling fat. My family dealt with stress by eating.
