So i seem to suffer from "tight calves" everyone thinks its a joke but when im running i cant seem to make it more than a few miles before i have to stop and walk due to my calves being so tight. If i stop i have to walk or else the pain is unberable.

I have tried yoga, extensive streatching, warmning up properly, correct running shoes does anyone have any suggestions or remedies from similar problems.

I also do most of my longer (60min +) runs in compression socks.  Well it may be one of those debated topics I think they help.

pressure point work? I have super tight calved - sit on the floor, put a tennis ball on the underside, and then use a second on the top side and massage hard - it helps - I also use k-tape on my calves (evidence suggests benefits are minimal but it helps me)

Routine full range of motion moderate resistance exercises can help develop flexibility and tensile strength and possibly help this if there is no other glaring condition. Standing and seated calf raises (if not on a machine at the gym, then off a block or step with bodyweight and/or one leg at a time)

I stretch a lot and am flexible, but still use the boot(Night Splint) from time to time to keep the calves (achilles tendon) and plantar muscles loose when just sitting relaxed at home.

I went through PT after tearing a tendon from tight calves and developing Achilles tendinitis. The injury came from over doing it with running. It used to feel like a knot or ball in my calf that I could feel getting tighter and tighter when I'd run. I found out I had a weak core so planks, calf raises and regular stretching helped a ton. It was a lot in the beginning. Maybe 30-50 mins a day including foam roller. My calves haven't really been tight in almost a year.

The foam roller doesn't get enough pressure on my calves either. Like someone else said, sit on the ground and try using some kind of hard ball. I also like using a Stick massager. https://www.thestick.com/

You may need to back off the running for a while.

Calf pain can have multiple causes. In your case, the most likely cause seems to be from a calf muscle strain. If you have had Achilles problems you can be predisposed to a calf injury.

When I was only a runner, I didn't have this issue. But now, going into my third year as a triathlete, my calves and occasionally my Achilles are tight and painful throughout most of my mileage.

I have a pain deep in my calf about five inches below the knee. A sports doctor did not feel anything wrong in the muscle, and there was no bruising. The tender spot can still be felt on massage.
