Subject: Trainer ride at Landry's Boston 12/13 7:30am
Hello,

Tis the season to ride the trainer. While I know it is short notice a few of us will be riding trainers at the Landry's Boston store tomorrow morning (Saturday 12/13) between 7:30 and 10am. There is no charge for this and it is not a coached workout, just a chance to get a few hours on the bike in this busy time of year.

Is gear overlap from the big to small ring a consideration? Will the ratio increment of the compact setup be very beneficial to my riding?
