Subject: Garmin Speed/Cadence with 310XT
I have the GSC10 sensor on ym road bike, but just got a new tri bike and am looking to get the speed/cadence set up on it. Anybody have experience with the new Garmin speed/cadence that just connects to crank arm and hub? Does that work with the 310XT so I would be able to get both speed and cadence when on the trainer, or will it only pick up one signal?

Basically, am I better getting the new magnet-less speed/cadence sensors or the GSC10?

It works fine on the 310XT but the 305 has issues with it.

Studies have shown a correlation between pedaling at a high cadence and running at a high cadence, which leads to faster running. The shorter your ground contact time , the less chance for injury.
