Comments:

Ran this half instead of a 12 mile training run leading up to Disney. Nice easy net downhill course. Rolling to get up and over the overpasses. Not much crowd support because of the remoteness of the bike path. Cold at the start. A bit disorganized at the start and at the finish. Long, long line for a banana and water. Skipped it.
What would you do differently?:

My hamstring/glute/hip and FBC.

I just started doing tris this summer and I have two under my belt, both sprints. Is it reasonable to build up for a Oly in early ‘09, with a HIM in Oct of ‘09
