Has any one picked up a copy of this cookbook?

I'm one of those guys that can't get his diet right and am looking for a good meal plan that gives me the fuel I need for an active lifestyle and that can help with shedding a few lbs. Contemplating whether I should meet with a Sports dietitian to get things right.

Training our bodies to work efficiently in Zone 2 will help us keep our HR and pace even throughout an Ironman. This theory would hold true for the bike and run portion of an Ironman race.
