Looking to purchase my first Tri bike. I've narrowed it down to these two. Leaning towards the BMC. Was looking for anyone who has experience with the TM02 and their thoughts.

Are you sure both would fit? The geometry is quite different.... there's a good chance that if the TM02 fits well, then the P2 will be too long...

With that said, the BMC is a stunning bike. I'm racing a TM01 next season and with all the bikes I've had over the years, this one takes the price when it comes to built quality and function. It doesn't hurt that it fits me like a glove either. :-)

I recently switched from a P2 to a BMC 02. I can tell you that the fit is very different. I am 5' 6" and the P2 never felt right. It was just to much stretch but the 02 fits perfect. I also think the BMC has nicer lines and is a cleaner setup.

Thanks guys! I have already gotten a fit. It was actually on the BMC and I was able to do a short test ride. I fell in love at that moment. I'm 6' (183lbs) and my bike fitter was recommended through a good friend. He has several pros that come to his shop. So, I figure if he's good enough for them, then I should be ok. It definitely felt weird on the tri bike but I'm sure I'll adjust. Audio your comments are the same exact comments I just picked up yesterday from someone. It sounds like I'm getting a great bike and I've made up my mind. Been hawking over this for 2 months. Feels great to know what bike I'll be racing this year. Thanks again!!!
