It could be I'm using an iPad. Guessing it would probably work on a PC. Then again I'm not to tech savvy either!

I wonder if I could do some of them in place at the Gym so I could see myself in front of the mirror, to make sure I'm doing it right.

I need this, I'm also doing BarryP running plan, running 6 days a week (I used to run only 3 days a week). I injured myself from running 1 week before my first tri, months ago. Now, I started to feel a little bit of pain on my leg (same place where I injured myself 1 week before my first tri).

I thought I need to loose more weight. (I'm 5'3", 114lbs, almost 50, female, never been athletic in younger years).

This is my 8th month of tri training (started with "Couch to Sprint Plan" , now doing a customize plan from BT).

The drills are not meant to be done in place.....they are done in conjunction with, or even during, a run workout.  If done properly and all of them are done you can easily cover 1/2 mile while doing them.

Thanks for the info, I will incorporate these drills into my running. I'm also "testing" various stretching exercises before and after workout.
