Good morning BT! Heading out for a two hour trail run--it's chilly out there but bright blue skies and no wind! Good luck to WaterDogg running a marathon today!

Morning everyone!

I realized as my hamstring was bugging me that I haven't taken a day off in over 3 weeks, so today I'm only doing some PT exercises and stretching!

Best of luck to everyone racing today! We had RnR Arizona Half and Full Marathon in Phoenix and the weather is BEAUTIFUL!

Have to post this too, went to church this morning and visiting pastor was AMAZING!! Best take away message:

"Sometimes, set backs are set ups for steps forward!"

Love it! Good to remember sometimes!

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!

Easy 8 mile stroll through the neighborhood today. Knees are a bit sore so it may be time for a little shoe shopping.

easy run to warm up for strength training.  Lower body day....1 mile swim. Hitting the trainer later on.

Thanks for the shoutout everyone.

I ran a 3:10:29 with dead bang even splits. I was 32nd overall and 4th in my age group.

Ran just over a minute faster than last year and just 15 seconds off of my personal best. (2nd fastest marathon ever)

Great way to kick off the 2015 season.

Feeling confident and cocky, after finally losing some weight, I got off my back side and into triathlon.
