Comments: felt good, maybe went out a touch too easy What would you do differently?: go out a little faster Transition 1
Comments: struggle to get into foot straps What would you do differently?: work on clipping in Bike
Comments: left calve started to cramp a touch, more fluids and or carbs required? Decent time for first race What would you do differently?: drink more, ensure bike is tuned properly and practice clipping in Transition 2
Comments: racking bike had issues, other than that good Run
Comments: jelly legs, but ran through it well, got stronger as I progressed through the race What would you do differently?: not sure, push a little harder, may have held back too much Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: the unknown, first race just went out and took it easy on first 5k and hammered out the bike, and had a bit too much gas left for final 5k Last updated: 2013-04-15 12:00 AM
