Hey everyone,

i have been on the forum for a few weeks now and decided it was time to introduce myself. I’m 25 just finished college and have more time in my schedule so i decided to sign up for boulder 70.3 and Louisville in 2015.

My previous triathlon experiences started out with a sprint in 2013 which took 1:38 (ouch) i placed 160 out of 180 or something horrible like that. Then i jumped back on the wagon and did another sprint in 2014 with a time of 1:07 and took 5th. My main focus was biking in 2014 and put on roughly 1600 miles in 5 months.

So with my job locked down i have some main goals for this coming year. First learn how to actually run...not just a mile or 2 but actually get some distance put down with correct form. Work on proficiency in swimming, and increase my endurance on the bike.
