Subject: Program to track nutritional data, etc
I'm looking for a program to track nutritional data (proteins, fats, carbs, etc) using basal metabolic rate and energy used during exercise. Used to use a program called BalanceLog, but unfortunately, they no longer in business. The program was awesome though!

Would prefer to be able to run it either on a mac or web based.

There is always MyFitnessPal.  It is what I use.

x2 for MyFitnessPal. I've used it several times to help get back on a good eating track. I typically use it on my iPod, phone, or online.

Downloaded MyFitnessPal after seeing the recommendations in this thread. Seems like a really useful piece of software. Thanks.

Provided one was proficient in setting up the different functions of the Lap Track, I think that a short-course triathlete would benefit most from this, since it only records splits up to 50 laps.
