Subject: 1.23.15 Fabulous Friday!

Good morning BT!  The weekend is here!

4:15am:  57 minute run:  WU/4X1 mile repeats w/ 3:00 recovery jogs between repeats

5:15am:  40 minutes plyo strength + core

No students today...but we 'professional development'--barf.  I'd rather have my kids!  

Any racers this weekend?

"Professional development" sounds a lot like meetings and I HATE meetings!

Heading out for a 5-6 mile run later today, hoping it either stays cold so the snow stays nice to run on or, it warms up quickly like the forecast says it might, and it all melts/drains away before then.

Afternoon BT

Just got back in from the Pool 2000M in 37:30 Very good for me and 20 minutes of Core. working the dogs for an hour after work today as well
2hr bike class in the morning.

Hey there!

5am - 9 mile run - easy pace - still taking it easy on my hamstring, but things felt ok!

9am - 80 min Hot Yoga class. Getting better every time I go!
