Subject: Hi All - Newbie in PA
I just signed up for my first Tri ( a Sprint ) in June. I have no equipment, and I am looking at training plans now. I am out of shape, 5'6 and 225lbs,This will be my driving force to lose weight and get in shape. I'm not going to win the race, this year, but I am a competitor at heart and am looking forward to challenging myself and others in time.

Sounds like you will have plenty of time to prepare.  What fitness level do you have now?  We can sure help in picking out a plan.
