Hate to be a bummer, and embarrassed to share, but does that tired sagging face ever go away after losing weight? Went from an xl to a med so running is easier and I look better in clothes, but everything has just dropped. I'm sure it doesn't help that I am 55, but does the skin ever tighten up after weight loss?

Hi, Mitzi,

Probably not - I lost a bunch (100+) five years ago; and noticed that my face started looking older right away - I'm 42 now but people often think I'm older.

Sorry for the bad news...

Skin *can* tighten up after weight loss, but as a 55 year old woman, a lot of the elasticity is gone, so it would take much longer, if it's still able to at all.

Real PITA. ><

You'll just have to grow the muscles to make you look younger again! :p

Interval training for weight loss. Weight training for weight loss. These interval workouts can be done in 15 to 20 minutes and have huge caloric expenditures for those who are crunched for time.

I started riding this spring with the Carnac shoes on Look pedals (with plenty of float). About five minutes into a ride I get sharp pain on the outer edge of my feet, just behind the pedal.

Losing fat is not difficult. So why does this continue to be an elusive goal for so many people, who “struggle” just to lose a few inches?
