Good morning!

Rest day, somehow I have managed to not take a break for the past 14 days, no wonder I slept in today!

Have a great day.

Afternoon all

Had some business at the bank,to finish up with my Moms estate so I had to cut my workout short 35 minutes in the pool drills drills and more drills.
At least we are all wrapped up now ,Being Executor is definitely is a real PITA almost 2 years to get everything put to bed.

Have a great day all..

After I clear the latest snow off the driveway tonight, I'm going on a short run on the new-to-me treadmill then some strength training.

Today's line up is a 55 minute speed work session on the trainer, followed by a 1 mile transition run, then strength training...its a legs day!

I have been able to swim 200-300 yards without stopping for the past couple of weeks, but this morning I couldn’t swim more than 50. Could not eating make a big differance?

This is not an easy task, especially for the “9-to-5er” with family. But you can do it – all without sacrificing your marriage, job or family.

Once you caught your breath, it occurred to you that finishing even a short triathlon might be harder than you thought. After a few "laps" you thought, "I can't believe I'm so out of shape."
