Subject: Yoga/Meditation
Wife is making me take-up a stress-relieving sport (I know, tri's/marathons aren't cutting it anymore). Might someone be able to recommend a good yoga (w/meditation) in our area? Would greatly appreciate not doing any cold-calling.

During a "power yoga" session I noticed pain with hip adduction/internal rotation. Running and biking don't seem to bother it, as long as I don't push it. I still have achy pain with walking.
