Good morning BT...happy weekend!

No sleeping in for me this morning--basketball games all day, both daughters playing starting at 8:45am!

4:30am: 1:30 on the KK, endurance

6:00am:  :35 minute run followed with some core.

Hot Runner...hope you're feeling better!

Water Dog...good luck and kill that half!

Runspingirl...so glad you're feeling back to normal!

Thanks! Such a relief to be feeling better!

Taking advantage of the nice (although a little too warm for my liking ) weather right now and took the kids for a hike.

4.5 miles total.

Very very slow...my 7 year old is definitely not an endurance athlete.

Have a great day all1

Ha! I went to bed early and got up normal time, felt great.  2 mile + walking trails with the dog this AM and 1:35 Sweetspot trainer ride this afternoon.

Body feeling better at least, below nose level! Got up at 4:30 as well and did my long run (1:30) before the second day of the workshop. Didn't seem to make me feel any worse.

I couldn't believe that my splits kept getting lower! I started to run harder after I passed the "5 km" sign and picked a few people that I wanted to pass.
