I've got a bunion flaring up on my left foot. It's not constant, and it actually felt worse before I ran last night... Do you guys think a spacer would do any good?

Disclaimer: I have Syndactyly and had an ingrown nail fixed back in '90 so... my feet look weird

I'm not sure what you mean by a spacer. I use an arch pad along with Superfeet inserts and it really helps. My bunion is worse than yours, sorry, I have no photos

Painful bunions are notoriously difficult to treat. There is a lack of strong scientific evidence to make any definitive recommendations but there are a few things you can do.

Everytime I up my run mileage I get injured. As I train I seem to inevitably get pulled calves, IT band syndrome then achilles issues. What can I do?

On the long bike rides of 80+ miles I get very strong pain in my toes. I slow down my pace and I might recover, but when I hit the next hill it is back. Could this be some kind of circulation issue?

People who range from casual exercisers to competitive athletes are eating at the wrong times, choosing the wrong balance of carbohydrates, protein, and fat, and drinking too little fluids.

What are all these new funny-shaped saddles all about? Are they more comfortable than older designs? Will they keep me healthier so I can train on my bike longer? Should I change my saddle?

I suspect your nutrition and training program may have more to do with your symptoms than your Clydesdale classification.
