I am wondering if anyone could help me setup a training program?
I have looked through the site which is brilliant and worked out a training style I would like to follow incorporating cycling, running and swimming.
I am member at a local gym and around 25 pounds over weight for my height

Male
5ft 4
weight 12st
Body fat 23%
Activity level- low currently, gym 3 x per week and play football

Currently I am looking to complete the following, my goal is weight loss, lower bodyfat and get seriously fit.
mon gym
tuesday football
wed gym
thursday football
friday gym
saturday- recovery day
sunday- Longer duration activity
I am trying to fit in
2 x football
1 recovery day
3-4 training sessions
My tuesday football session is optional at the moment as its just starting out, however Thursday is something I will always be attending.
Sunday- i can use for a longer session in the afternoon as I am generally free or late evening if need be.
I am interested in strength training and have performed bodybulding style training in the past, but starting to get away from that and focus more on fitness whilst still incorporating this in.
Any help guys?
I am open to suggestions, I am keen on swimming as my gym as a pool which I use 2-3 times per week. I havent started running outdoors yet apart from playing football.
Diet wise, simple cutting out the rubbish and eating more protein. I am pretty clued up on various forms of dieting, carb cycling, keto etc, so ok on the front but trying to construct sensible training programs is harder than I thought.
