Good morning BT...not quite as early as usual!

7:30am:  1:15 on the KK

8:45am:  :30 minute run

Later hoping to go hiking around with the doggies, although sadly the weather is coming back to normal--little chilly today!

Have a great day!

Morning!

President's Day today - so the kids are off school and had a sleep over last night...yawn...not sure how much sleep any of us got!

5:30am - 6.5 mile run

Dropping the kids off at my parents so I can get 2000 yd in the pool during limited hours today!

Happy Monday!

The here holiday in Alberta is Family Day.
I agree that The Hunted is tough.
I also did Sufferfest - Angels followed by Extra Shot. It was the first time this year that I have added Extra Shot to my trainer workout and I found it pretty tiring.

Still beautiful weather here. 2:30 ride on favorite route. Supposed to have one more day of nice weather--guess I timed my visit well!

I went into the pool area (as this was a pool swim) and got body marked. That's when it hit me that I was there to race - this was not a clinic.

I have been able to swim 200-300 yards without stopping for the past couple of weeks, but this morning I couldn’t swim more than 50. Could not eating make a big differance?

This is not an easy task, especially for the “9-to-5er” with family. But you can do it – all without sacrificing your marriage, job or family.

Once you caught your breath, it occurred to you that finishing even a short triathlon might be harder than you thought. After a few "laps" you thought, "I can't believe I'm so out of shape."
