Only got 1500 y of the planned 2500 y swim as a result of my goggles snapping in half. Fortunately I had my run clothes along, so switched gears & completed 5.77 miles of running. Time for a new pair of goggles.

Hey there!

5:15am - 60 min power spin - my leg strength is finally coming back!

helped out with picture day at my kids school - so probably walked a couple miles there - should have worn a pedometer!

came home and did a quick 3 mile run around the neighborhood.

1.5 mile warm-up run with the dog then hit the trainer for a 5' CP test, fun!
