I was looking for the NBC short version. The one that is around an hour long.

Unfortunately I don't think it is there anymore. I posted something similar back in November as I wanted to watch it here in Vietnam. It was up briefly, I saw it, and then got pulled a week or so later. The Aussies Abroad one might still be up, though. It's also pretty good though of course more focus on Australian athletes. A bit more focus on the pro races and less on the human interest stories and celebrities that NBC tends to highlight.

It's no where to be found!!! i Hope someone does have it though because I've been looking every couple of weeks for it and still can't get my hands on it..

It is almost time for the 2015 race and I still can't find the 2014 coverage anywhere. Where can this be found??

It can't, at least on my searches, as recently as last week. Best bet is to watch the live coverage online. Maybe there is some way to record it? (This is exceeding my tech capacity and set-up. But if you were watching it on a TV via connection with the computer and had a DVD-R attached, it seems like you should be able to.) But that's not the edited NBC special, that's 17 (?? I think I recall watching the last finishers a few times) hours of coverage.

Yep, my hero. Someday I want to win a tri like that. (Okay. Maybe my AG, or a tri with three people in it, or something.) The one time I won it was a come-from-behind (in the final 200m, no less), but more likely because the leader was about to collapse from heat exhaustion, not because I'd successfully channeled my inner Rinny. Not quite so classy.
