Fewer days than January but we still should have put in more training right? Not me!

Swim: 3h 22m 41s - 8800 Yd
Bike: 18h 41m 55s - 294.63 Mi
Run: 6h 26m 25s - 36.51 Mi

But then again, I went on vacation for a week and this is where I was.

How did your February training go guys?

Not sure I accomplished that. Short month plus some pool closures, a cold, and traveling home to the US last week cut into training a bit. I did what I could, though:

Swim: 6h 41m 56s - 22000 M
Bike: 14h 46m 20s (mostly on trainer, but one glorious 2:30 ride in Oregon!)
Run: 14h 22m
Strength: 3h 10m

RE Kona--We drove past there several times last summer, and did a beach hike nearby. It felt like an oven and I thought, "How do people bike/run here?" I did get quite a bit of running in, but will admit that we booked a place way up in the coffee-farm hills so it would be cooler at night and for my morning runs! Didn't run anywhere near the IM course. Would have swum some of it but there was a storm offshore and waves were crashing onto Alii Drive. Oh well.

I was very busy with swim training this month.  It's championship season for high school swimming so had to stop bike/run training and focus on swimming.  After the season ends in another week and a half, I'm excited to get back to training for the bike/run consistently and ramping it up for the summer.  All I got in on the bike was a few Zwift rides, which were by the way absolutely awesome.  I love the program so far and am excited to see where they're going with it.

Run : 0

Bike : 2h 42m - 48.77 miles (Zwift Island)

Swim : 37h, 55m - 124,600 yards

Not sure what my exact totals are, but I had an extremely consistent month of hitting the goals of each session all but 2 days. Mission accomplished.

Oh, Kona... how I miss thee.

OK, while I'm here I'll post my totals:

13K swimming (7 hours, 7 swims)
145K running (or 90 miles, 14 hours 45 min, 16 runs). That included a half-marathon and a mini-taper and recovery, so a few extra rest days
No cycling

I feel like a bit of a triathlon poser-- no cycling in February. I will start up again in March.

Run: 18h50 - 238 km
Rowing: 57m - 13 km

Happy with the swim and run, but the bike is lacking. Will have to double that at least in March!

A good month for me:

Swim - 8:16:07 (9 swim, 21,948 yards)
Bike - 10:39:36 (10 rides, 159.16 trainer miles)
Run - 10:53:30 (18 runs, 61.72, mostly treadmill miles)
Total - 29:49:13 (37 activities, 233.35 miles)

My bike was down compared to last month now that I'm done with the Tour of Sufferlandria. I'm also trying to pick up my swim a bit and really focusing on my run.
