Subject: Coaching?
Hello everyone,

I am wondering if there are any good swim coaches or facilities that can work with a 30 year old who can swim but has absolutely no form coachin gor anything whatsoever??? I have a triathlon I'm aiming for this season and would like to enlist the help.

Please weigh in with your feedback.

Thank you

Jim

I can personally recommend this class, if you can swing the time commitment:

I just started the master's program at LifeTime Eden Prairie and it is more like group lessons in an awesome way! I expect to see great results out of this!

Cool!  Is that an extra fee, or does it come with your membership?

It is extra, but it's only $34 per month. If you have more than one swimmer in the family, there is 25% discount for swimmers 2+.

Barb is tough, but she knows her stuff. I found out that they the program it to a local lake come June.
