Subject: Ironman and moving
Hi everyone! My name is Audrey - I am a military wife currently living in Alabama. I love triathlons and started them about 10 years ago! I did my first Ironman this past year (IMFL) and am signed up for Beach to Battleship this year. Excited to train and go for it again this year. I have 2 small kids - ages 3 and 7. We are on the move to DC this summer and will be looking for new training partners in the area! I also work as a Nurse Practitioner, so squeezing training is around husband, kids and work is a fun challenge.
Looking forward to keeping up with other triathletes races and experiences! Good luck this year!!

During the race there will be plenty of opportunities to exchange bottles, so I'm thinking about going with the aero bottle and Gatorade bottle and fill up as necessary. What should I do?

If a heart patient can do these things, then so can those of you who haven't been split open like a fish and sewn back together.
