Subject: 3.18.15 Wednesday Workout

Good morning BT!

4:30am:  60 minute run/10 min WU/3 sets of 2:00 incline repeats at increasing speeds/inclines/cool down

5:30am:  30 minute strength

Had a great OWS last night as well--my daughter and I had the lake to ourselves! Well, we had to share with some ducks I guess!

AM: 75 minute trainer workout with lots of nasty intervals. For some reason, really tired today and seriously thinking about going to bed now (at 7:45 PM). Either that or eating some of the Girl Scout Cookies I brought back from the US. (To my credit, I've been working on them for almost three weeks, and it's only one box.) Or maybe both.

OWS sounds beautiful. You're lucky to have a lake with natural "heating"!

I'm supposed to be doing a 1h trainer workout this evening but am not feeling very well today.  Not sure if I should a) do it anyway, b) do an easy ride or c) not do anything.  Guess I'll wait and see how I feel this evening.

40 minute swim in the pool followed with a 30 minute core and stretch workout.

Hey all!

Feeling much better energy wise than yesterday!

5am - 6.5 mile run

8:30am - 2900 yd swim. Did about 1000 by myself with lots of drills, then a friend showed up and we did interval sets.

My son starts Flag Football practice tonight - eek!

Hi everyone

Ran 6.01 miles earlier this evening. Great run. Felt good the whole way through, and some of that is to changing my shoes to minimalist. They just work well for me.

Hope everyone has a good rest of the week.
