Comments: Started with a good pace, faster than expected, and was able to hold the pace until the last couple of miles. What would you do differently?: Focus on maintaining the pace through the end. Mentally, I lost focus and was dropped from a group that I ran with most of the race. Post race
Warm down: Walked around and had a cinnamon roll and chocolate milk What limited your ability to perform faster: Focus more training on the distance. The original plan was to run the marathon, but unable to get the long runs in to properly prepare. Only focused on a faster pace the last 2 weeks before the race. Last updated: 2015-03-25 12:00 AM
