Wowwww...March has come and (is almost) gone!  Good morning BT!

5:00am:  70 minute run: 15 min WU/5X800m repeats w/400m recovery jogs/cool down

6:15am;  30 min strength + core

Fun family day in Salt Lake today--shopping and then Trampoline Warehouse--I could probably count that as cardio--ha!  Tomorrow is a rest day and I am looking forward to sleeping in and getting up to do...NOTHING!  Lol!

Have a great day!

Good morning!

Around 11 will hit the pool for 1500m w/16x50 as the MS.

Around 5pm when I get home from work, 45 minutes on the trainer w6/90 sec fast.

Why does this read like it's not a recovery week to me?

Have a great day and have fun with the trampoline place!

Whaaaaaat!? I want to come!! Those places are actually a great workout. My cousins and I paid for a full hour thinking that a half hour wouldn't be enough, and we were winded after 10 minutes.

Probably a 40 min run tonight, and then a little alternative exercise the next couple days. I'm headed out to kayak the Santa Elena Canyon at Big Bend!

Morning All

Think I am going to head over to the Gym and try some more running on the TM, probably do a 1/2 hr interval set and then 45 minutes of Strength training
and see how that goes.

Have a great day all
