Hi everyone,

My name is Frank and I have been training for 30 years. I stop some time and start again. I was in the Canadian Army and now I'm retired. I do training full time since 2014. I had 2 different private coach and no one was able to take me to a next level, so I made a decission, I will train myself alone without coach. I'm tired to pay for nothing. I read a lot and do 4 sprint triathlon and 2 Olympics. Now I like to do half Ironman and that's exactly what I will do. I already run half marathon and I'm register for another one at Ottawa may 25. I will see how goes my training and maybe I will register for the Miami Half Ironman.

So its going to be a pleasure to hear from you on this forum and read the information that can be found on this website.

Frank

I have about 9k miles on my bike, what needs to be done, checked or replaced to be sure it is in tip-top shape? I'm racing IM Canada this summer.

Byrn won’t hold your hand through the long hours and miles required finishing or for success in an IM, he can only show you how to get there. The work is up to you.
