Subject: New (old guy) from Texas
Morning, all -

Just wanted to stop by here before I dove into the program design and race planning. I'm 31 years old and I've never raced before. I've wanted to get into triathloning for a couple of years now, and I've decided this is the year. Plan is to start off with the sprints and see how I like it. I'm going to need a lot of help, and I plan on really nerding out when it comes to planning, design, and fitness. Looking forward to the whole deal. Thanks!

Yep, I second that 31 years is on the very young side of the distribution for Triathlons.
