The race joined with SetUp Events this year as part of the series. It looks like the participation numbers rose right before on-line registration closed. Is anyone here doing the race?

I did it and it was my first one. I enjoyed the race. It was well marked and beautiful day for the run and ride.

After you have established the Ironman goal, the most important factor outside of the training is which race to choose? What is your best sort of course, hilly, rolling, flat?
