Subject: How many carbs to replenish?
I want to stay moderately low carb to maintain recent weight loss, but want to fully feed my cells to be strong for the next workout. I know that there are probably too many variables here to get a specific answer, but how do you figure out what your body needs to be replenished after a workout without replacing calories that you want to be taken from fat reserves?

I'm new, so workouts are not over an hour so I figure 20 g carbs is plenty for pre-workout. There must be a set amount of carbs that cells will take in after a workout, I don't want to eat anymore than that.

Hope this makes sense.

Some athletes wisely devour lots of fruit, believing it to be among the healthiest of food choices. But other athletes mistakenly avoid fruit, seeing it as an evil source of sugar and carbs.
