Good morning BT!

4:30am:  1:00 run

5:30am:  :30 min upper body strength

Having a cross country meeting after school today to see who's running next year.  Can't believe it's already time to start thinking about my fall 2015 season!

We're a bit synced again:

5:10 AM 1:20 run (Supposed to be 1:15 but I lost track a bit due to lots of tempo pickups addling my brain!)
PM 35 minutes of strength stuff

You guys are amazing. How do you get up so early? What time do you usually go to bed at?

Afternoon all

4.5 mile run today, slowly getting back into running again and trying not to hurt anything by being stupid,I would really like to shed some of the weight (10 lbs) I put on at Christmas time that seems to be stubbornly hanging on so far I have only been able to dump a couple of pounds of it , OH well Just keep plugging away at it I guess. I am beginning to think syncing my 3 week training break period with the holidays was not such a hot idea.

I'm unconscious at those hours, I can't get going until at least 8am and that's getting up at 6:45 or so and two cups of coffee later.

70' threshold trainer ride on tap for tonight. I hope it rains again because the recent rains have made the air nice a juicy, way to early for this.  I need to find a 3rd fan to use.

I actually started training early when my daughters were little--I didn't want to miss anything while they were awake.  Now that they're older (11 & 15) it has just become habit. However, when I started tri training and training got longer, I just started earlier and earler!  I usually go to bed around 8:45pm--now it's my girls putting me to bed!  Lol!

To me it just seem normal now!  :-)

Yep--8:30 to 8:45. Non-negotiable when training like this! I'm not actually a morning person but it works so much better--no one ever makes other demands on my time at 5 AM--well, other than my cats!
