Subject: Missing a Session
Hey All,

I am training for a full Ironman and have not had time to do my full long bikes the past two weeks. Last week was 4 hours ( I did 3 hours) and this week was 4 hours (I did 2 hours). I am confident I could have gone that long, but due to little kids/work and travel I have missed.

How much will this affect me? I still have 10 weeks before the race.

you'll be fine. It happens. Just get back on track. Don't try to make up the missed workouts either.

The optimal number of times you should weight train is dependant on the time of year, how close you are to your A race, and which training cycle you are in.
