How can I edit my training plan to account for change in race dates? Or confirm I have the right race dates??
Thanks!

Cathy, if you go to the 'calendar' view, you will have 'copy/move/delete' buttons in the top right.  Use the MOVE button to move an entire date range of plan.

Let me know if you need help on this.

Ron:
Are you able to access my plan? I have an A race on July 19th and a B race on Sept 5th. I can see from the workouts the prep/taper for the B race. I am having difficulty determining that for the A race.
Thank you for your assistance
Cathy

Cathy,

From what I am seeing on your planned calendar, you have a training plan with a race on August first.

I also see that you do have a plan with a race date of Sept 5th - your A race.

What plan did you use for these races?  I looked at your training graph for these races and yes, it does taper nicely to the Aug 1 race and then again for the Sep 5 race.

Ron, my A race is July 19. Are you able to change this or should I overwrite with the new dates? Sorry to be so high maintenance )

I can do it no problem if you can't, I just need to know the two plans you were on.  That data is not saved for me to see when you import a plan.

I'm using the Intermediate Olympic - 26 Week, 2 Race - RPE
A race: July 18th
B race: Sept 5th.
Thank you!

Cathy,

It's done.  Since the two races in the plan didn't exactly match up to your two races, I redid it so the taper was correct on both and recycled two weeks for after your first A race.  It looks good now.

This training plan has only 2 workouts per sport per week and peaks at 7.5 hours per week of training. Use this plan if you are time constrained or if you want to focus more on your family.

This plan is designed to make you go faster. 3 workouts per week in each sport, 2 days of strength training and core work. The maximum volume is around 10 hours toward the end of the 12 weeks.

This plan is an advanced plan in terms of volume and intensity and appropriate for someone who is looking to go under 5:00 and as fast as 4:30. There isn’t a lot of fluff in the plan.
