Subject: Golf Swing Drill Hyperlink
Hi,
When I click on the golf swing hyperlink with my training calendar it does not go to the video it lands on another page. The other swim drill hyperlinks work well. Can I get to it by some other link?
Thanks, Terri

It does take you to the correct page, though at the bottom!  We don't really have a specific video for this on.

"Swim Golf = Add up your 50 yd/m time and the # of strokes for the 50 yd/m – for example: 50 seconds and 50 strokes for a 50 yard swim would give you a golf sore of 100"

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Here is a little more though:

Improving speed in swimming is more than just doing a few sprints at the beginning and end of your workouts. It takes a little more thinking, but I promise there is no high level math involved!

Swimming and golf can both present you with a meditative-like form of exercise that I have found to be both fulfilling and fun!
