Morning all!

What's everyone up to today? Since Kim is in AZ (my neck of the woods), I thought I'd start the thread this morning.

5am - 25 mile ride - wasn't the best ride and I officially HATE the Adamo Road saddle I've been demoing for the past couple weeks. Going back to the shop and time to try another.

Oldest son has been sick since Wednesday so no football games for him this morning.

Heading out to swim later this morning - probably around 2200.

Enjoy the day everyone and good luck to any racers!

Good morning!

About to head to the pool for a 3000m swim, then back home to unfortunately grind out 65 miles on the computrainer.

Have a great day!

Sunday here and getting ready for last long brick before my HIM in two weeks....

2 hour run here with 3 X 20 minute tempo pickups. That kind of workout is really hard in the heat here but the kind of thing I would enjoy at home in Oregon. No desire to do it again here for a while!

Planned to swim PM as I'd been told the pool at school would be open, but it wasn't. Grrr.... Will try to make do with the health club pool this week but that has to happen early AM to avoid the dive-bombing kiddos (no lap swim lanes or times).

Still in the middle of getting back at it, 2000 in the pool today, I'm slowly getting my endurance back and pleased with the progress. I haven't swam in at least a year, but over that year I've been working with a strength training coach and made huge gains in shoulder, back and core strength and I think it's showing. I still have the speed in the pool I left off with, now I just need to work on my endurance and ability to maintain that speed over longer distances.

Aw I hope your son feels better. Give him a high 5 for me.

3 mile run tonight for me. Have a great night, or day, depending on which part of the world you're in.

Feeling confident and cocky, after finally losing some weight, I got off my back side and into triathlon.
