Subject: Heart Zones
I'm having trouble figuring out my max heart rate. I tried setting it based on various calculators I found online but I continually max out when training. I know listening to my body is the best thing to do but it would be great if I knew what to watch out for with a sensor too. Any advice?

Here's an interesting read that might help:

Keep in mind that max heart rate varies per sport. I.e. your max heart rate should be different for running, biking and swimming.
