Subject: Weight Training What types of weight training routines (if any ) do people use to supplement their regular swim/bike/run training?
I've heard arguments for high weights/low reps, low weights/high reps, and HIIT with medium weights/medium reps combined with shorter rests.
I'm leaning towards HIIT: 10 sets of 10 reps, with about 20-30 seconds rest between sets. |
