 2 |  Subject: Hello from Kansas CityHello - I am 48 and thinking of attempting a sprint triathlon. I'm 5'8", 183 lbs. I am an avid cyclist (I ride 50+ miles per week most of the year) and I run 8-10 miles per week, usually 3 mile runs at lunch and the occasional longer weekend run.
