Hello, somewhat new to tri, but recently put aero bars on bike and need some quick advice on if I've got proper seat height while in aero position. I guess any advice on my position would be welcomed.
Many other factors (leg length imbalance, muscle imbalance, flexibility, etc.), but to start with, you need a photo where one leg is completely extended (crank at 6pm) and camera perpendicular to- and level with the bike.
