I'm in Jackson for the summer and need advice on where to train! I've heard the Natchez Trace is great for biking. Is there a regular group that meets up for open water swims anywhere? What about running trails? Would you suggest just running on the street or are there any bike/run/walk trails you would recommend?
There are multi use trails around the trace and the reservoir. Stinky Feet Athletics in Flowood is pretty active in triathlon, you might check with them for open water swim info. The Bike Crossing and Indian Cycle would probably be the go to for group rides.
